Equipment Structure & Process Flow
1. Metering Tank: Accurately measures material weight and conveys materials to the pelletizing equipment.
2. Pelletizer: The central rotating shaft drives specially designed propeller blades, working with an external heating furnace to ensure uniform heating of materials and complete the coating and granulation process.
3. Cooling Tank: Uses internal propeller blades combined with a mechanical seal water cooling system to efficiently complete the material cooling process.
4. Material Conveying: After coating and granulation, materials are transferred to the next stage through conveying pipes.
